Simon R. Bush is professor and chair of the Environmental Policy Group at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. He is also associate editor of the journals Maritime Studies and Environmental Development. Peter Oosterveer is professor of global food governance in the Environmental Policy Group at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. He is the author of Food, Globalization and Sustainability (Routledge, 2011).
