Noelia Melgar Ramírez is a freelance journalist and holds a master's degree in Public Management. She works as a radio journalist producer at the National Institute of Radio and Television of Peru. She has worked as a producer and co-host in local radio stations. She worked as an audiovisual editor at Noticias Peru media agency.
