The book was inspired by observing the suffering caused to society by a national government with serious difficulties. An analysis of the causes behind those difficulties revealed that they are frequently the same as those of other governments, in different degrees, but in similar areas. The critical areas turned out to be: The family, education, productivity and innovation, designation of high government officials, political parties, the military, the Constitution and the citizens. The salient characteristics of each critical area are used to outline a power structure and procedures for a virtual government. The result makes it easy for the reader to analyze his or her current government, whichever it may be, compare it with those of other nations and consider the adoption of structures and procedures to fix what seems to need repair. Citizens are prompted to take an active part in government and powerful means to deal with most governmental problems are suggested and described.
