R.K. Mishra, Director, Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, has studied and worked at the University of Rajasthan, London Business School, SDA Bocconi, University of Bradford and International Center for Promotion of Enterprises. He is a Visiting Professor at Maison Des Sciences De L' Hommes, Faculty of Economics University of Ljubljana and UiTM, Malaysia. He has handled assignments from UNDESA, OECD, ADB, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, Commonwealth Secretariat, various ministries of Government of India, State Governments and public enterprises. He has guided doctoral research and taught at the MBA programmes in several universities in India and abroad. Dr Geeta Potaraju, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Public Enterprise, is a PhD in Management with specialization in public sector enterprises. She has over 15 years of experience in management and development consulting. Her areas of expertise include participatory governance and civic engagement, health system strengthening, administrative reforms, institutional reforms, change management, and capacity building. She has been involved in a number of key assignments with DFID, UNDP, World Bank, World Bank Institute, Family Health International, Government of India, and State Governments. She is an expert on participatory governance tools like Citizens Charters and Community Score Cards. She has trained a number of officials from Government of India as well as other State Governments on the participatory governance tools. Dr. A. Sridhar Raj is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad with an experience of more than 15 years. He has handled various research and consulting assignments to his credit. His areas of interest include public governance, public policy, government performance management and comparative governance. He has several research articles, case studies and a book on case studies. He is the Joint Coordinator of Management Development Programmes at IPE.
