As Pakistan is considered in developing country with low human development index, so after each disaster, livelihoods of those specific areas are more vulnerable. Pakistan has been facing such hazardous events at annual bases since last 10 years. This study had been done against the governments role in rehabilitation to address this sector pragmatically. This research would help policy makers, researcher and institutions for the better understanding of the hidden factors.
