Mugerwa Paul is currently the CEO of Asante Capital Hub Ltd and an Associate researcher at the Economic Policy Research Center. He has been a (senior) lecturer of financial and monetary economics and Insurance at Bugema University and other Tertiary and Professional Institutes across East Africa.
