Born and raised in Wantagh, New York, Ken now calls Florida home where he lives with his wife, Dina, their 8 year Daughter, Alyssa Paige and plenty of furry, feathery and lovable pets. As a lifetime athlete and fitness enthusiast, Ken works as a trainer, both within the local area and online, designing fitness programs for clients with various fitness related goals. While Gracie's Wild Adventures is Ken's first published book, several of his fitness related articles have appeared in publications over the years, including: Fitness Plus, Exercise For Men and Natural Bodybuilder magazine. He enjoys spending his spare time between watching movies, browsing book stores or enjoying the beach and park with his family.
