This is a seminal appraisal of graduate employability strategies from the perspective of quantity surveyors. Graduate unemployment continues to doggedly persist unabated in Ghana and beyond for over a century. The construction industry specifically, quantity surveying graduates are no exception to this phenomenon. A quantitative study using questionnaire survey that was administered through both hand-delivery and google forms was used. Keeping students abreast with areas of skills shortage in labour markets was identified as the most vital strategy to improve graduate employability.
