But the effective learning, resulting from the use of Multimedia technologies in education, depends upon a number of social and personal factors like the attitude of students towards Multimedia Technologies. It is considered important for two main reasons; firstly, the attitude which an individual has influences his learning to a considerable extent. Secondly, the possession of favourable attitude towards Multimedia technologies is an important characteristic of a scientifically literate person. Thus, the measurement of attitude in this study is done by evaluating the student s reaction (positive and negative) towards all important aspects of Multimedia Technology as well as by his/her opinion, feeling, like or dislike towards Multimedia Technology.Naturally, a student with favourable attitude towards Multimedia Technology would be familiar with its latest tools and their application in the field of education.
