Margaret is a Senior Fellow (Hon) and senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne and Adjunct Professor at Centurion University, Odisha, India. Margaret is an educator in curriculum development, global literacies, new knowledge systems and multilingualism in higher education. Her research focus is on cultures of learning.Margaret has also been senior lecturer at Deakin University and senior lecturer and co-ordinator at the Institute of Koorie Education at Deakin University; secondary teacher at Grovedale Secondary College and Multidisciplinary Arts Grammar School. Taught in Government, and cultural secondary schools in Fiji.
