Jacob Cramer is a writer and the founder of Love For Our Elders, a nonprofit fighting loneliness with love, one letter at a time. In his debut picture book, Grandma's Letter Exchange, he celebrates the craft of letter writing and his organization's work, inspired by his grandparents. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio.
