Autorenporträt
Candice Thomas was born and raised in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon. After receiving degrees in English Education from Oregon State University and Library and Media from Southern Oregon College, Candice taught seventh and eighth graders until having her first child. She then remained in education throughout the next fifty years, substitute teaching, homeschooling, working in in her church's children's ministry, then teaching or administrating in Christian schools and her church. Now retired, Candice is a wife, mother, and grandmother who loves being with her family, playing on hands and knees or simply providing a listening ear. She enjoys reading, writing, walking, swimming, sewing, and knitting. She currently resides in Southern Oregon with her husband, Terry, and her very silly little mini-dachshund, Bentley.
