Dr. Quazi Baby, MSc: studierte Hauswirtschaft an der Universität Dhaka und erhielt die Ehrendoktorwürde der Universität Sapporo, Japan. Sie gründete ihre Organisation Participatory Development Action Program im Jahr 1994. Sie ist eine Frauenaktivistin und arbeitet in vielen Netzwerkorganisationen mit, z. B. Huairou Commission (USA), ADAB, CUP, BTS usw.
