Autorenporträt
Karri has been on a journey of self-discovery for a few years now after overcoming abuse, trauma, depression, and living life from a young age with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Karri graduated with honors from her Law Clerk Specialist program in 2019, but decided that working long hours for a lawyer was not soul-fulfilling and has now begun a new chapter of helping other women gain back their self-confidence by creating her first publication, Gratitude Inspired, a self-help five-minute journal that will promote positive self-talk and the practice of gratitude for women who have also suffered through or are suffering through challenging times. Karri has lived through many difficult situations, and with her lived experience of self-hating and becoming stuck in a state of depression and finding her way out of it, all with the help of counsellors, psychotherapists, and self-loving practices, she has officially graduated from the school of hard knocks and hopes to show other women that it is possible to get your power back when you feel lost, alone, and hopeless.
