Autorenporträt
Richard Cutler is a retired partner with Quarles & Brady and a member of the Fox Point Planning Commission and the Southeastern Wisconsin Planning Commission. A former Brookfield city attorney, he was part of a team that represented the City of Milwaukee, and won, in a U.S. Supreme Court case against the State of Illinois.
