This study is mainly confined to study on green marketing practices among the consumer in Srivilliputtur. The applications of green marketing strategies are going to be analysed and evaluated. Green marketing is the process of developing products and services and promoting them to satisfy the customers who prefer products of good quality, performance and convenience at affordable cost, which at the same time do not have a detrimental impact on the environment.The opinion of the consumer is also discussed with a view to the development of greenism in the study area.
