The Book is aimed at investigating green technologies with designs for sustainable future using Bayesian and Markovian models for optimal solutions and a comparable analysis in Benin-owena River basins, Nigeria. The objectives of the study are: to develop blueprint/layout plan that will address the problems of climate change crises and management lapses which use green energy for solution, to develop a model that tackles the climate change crisis in the Benin-Owena river basin, Nigeria using Markovian and Bayesian decision model and to assess the net benefits of projects in the Benin-Owena river basin, such as hydropower, water supply, irrigated agriculture, flood control etc. The work concluded that, the tests for hypothesis confirm that the performance of the Benin-Owena river basin (prototypes) was really higher than the theoretical expected (model) of 0.98 which means 100% with high component interaction. The work contributed to knowledge such that the computational difficulty, so outstanding in dynamic programming refers to as the "Curse of Dimensionality" is solved through the new inventory models of simulation modeling in Markov chains and Bayesian decision.
