The author is a PhD student at University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He received his Masters Degree in Environmental Science from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, The Netherlands. He was appointed as a Lecturer at Tribhuvan University,Nepal from July 2007 to Feb.2011.He has published over four dozen of research and general articles
