Autorenporträt
Jayla Hall Cabrera is currently a high schooler. Besides creative writing, in her free time, she enjoys going on runs, filming, songwriting, and photography. Greenville is her first work of young adult literature. The collection of short stories was influenced by lessons, stories, and experiences she had from her childhood, moving homes, and talking to different people. To her, writing is everything from thoughts and poems to anything in between. She comments that an author has no age, for we become one the moment we form our own thoughts. Jayla Hall Cabrera lives with her siblings, parents, and perros in New York.
