Ewa Jacob Kadewska grew up in the industrial city of ¿ód¿, Poland. She holds a Polish Master's degree (Teaching Specialty) from the University of ¿ód¿. After teaching literature for several years, Ewa embarked on a travelling adventure, living in various places in many countries including Belgium, Italy and Canada. Exploration of different ecologies, cultures and cuisines finally brought her to the United Kingdom, where she found her life partner and settled down in Wales.
