Coleen Hamilton is a woman who converted to the Catholic faith at the age of seven. She is very devoted in practicing her Catholic faith in a reversion back to the Catholic to faith in 2009 after losing her daughter in 1997. She uses media and publications to share her faith journey to help others learn more about God and deepen their relationship with the True Presence of Christ through her Catholic faith journey. She is the author of "Walking on Water" and a podcaster of the Catholic SALT podcast. She created a ministry known as CSALT, which stands for a Latin acronym that means: Catholic adult supported children of the Earth with the goal to share God's love and help spread the good news of the Gospel.
