Ericka Joy McCrutcheon Woman, Wife, Pastor, Administrator, Conference Speaker, Community Leader Pastor Ericka is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Florida ("Gators") in Gainesville where she majored in Computer Science. Pastor Ericka is a graduate from RHEMA Bible Training Center (1986-1988) and is licensed and ordained through RHEMA Ministerial Association International (RMAI). While attending RHEMA, she met and married John T. McCrutcheon. Ericka currently serves the ministry as Co-Pastor, Teacher, Worship Leader and Church Administrator. Her teaching ministry reaches out beyond the walls of her church into her Community where she serves as the President of the Kirkwood Civic Organization. She has served as Chaplin of the Daughters of Liberty Political Action Council. Her tentacles also touch the students at the University of Houston where she frequently ministers at various campus events and sorority meetings. She also outreaches to women on a one-to-one basis, teaching and encouraging women to walk confidently in the grace of God. She loves teaching bible studies and effective evangelism. Ericka's frank and sometimes hilarious, practical teaching style of ministry has captured audiences at various Churches, Women Conferences, Seminars and Banquets in many cities in the U.S. Ericka is committed to teaching the Word of God and inspiring others to become MATURE disciples of Jesus Christ (John 8:31-32).
