Autorenporträt
Quintin Low is a Brisbane-based author with a taste for the wild and macabre side of life. Inspired by the likes of Kerouac and Thompson, he's had a lifelong interest in telling stories about people living on the fringes of society. Having worked under a succession of gruff, old-school journalists, Quintin is most at home when he's capturing stories that are unfolding right in front of him. While writing will always come first for him, Quintin's other great love in life is music. He's been fortunate enough to work with Australian rock royalty and tour across the country. Whenever he's not on the road or typing furiously in a darkened room, he spends much of his time being a menace in the Brisbane music scene. Grit is his first novel.
