Silvia D'Alesio wurde 1986 in Neapel in Italien geboren. Sie hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Lebensmittelwissenschaft und -technologie an der Universität Neapel Federico II. Anschließend absolvierte sie den internationalen Master of Sciences FIPDes (Food Innovation and Product Design). Dabei handelt es sich um einen zweijährigen integrierten Masterstudiengang an europäischen Universitäten.
