Malum, J. F. was born in Biladira, Baule ¿Tula, Gombe State, Nigeria. He attended Baule primary School, Tula, Govt College Owerri, Imo State, GSSS Toro, Bauchi State. He obtained B.Eng and M.Eng (Agricutural Engineering) from University of Maiduguri & University of Agriculture Makurdi. He curently lectures at University of Agriculture Makurdi.
