Groundwater is an important natural resource for human beings. More than 95% of human population in India depends upon the groundwater for drinking and agricultural activities. Abdul Bari trabalha actualmente como Professor Associado no K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tamilnadu, Índia e obteve o seu doutoramento em 2016 na Universidade Anna, Chennai, UG em 2004, PG em 2006 na Universidade de Bharathiyar e Anna, respectivamente. Recebeu o Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam "Prémio Jovem Cientista -2017" atribuído pelo Marina Labs, Chennai.
