The program of group psychotherapy for gender violence - my inner warrior - was born from the approach of its clinical psychologist author with more than 13 years of experience in the treatment of populations, families and individuals affected by situations of domestic and gender violence in different places of the national geography of the Republic of Colombia. This work combines the use of different therapeutic tools of traditional clinical psychology with elements of the so-called third generation therapies where the author describes how to follow step by step in each of the psychotherapeutic sessions, the objectives to be achieved, the tools to be used and how to evaluate and close the sessions so that the participants perceive changes in their emotions, cognitions and behaviors from the very moment of the intervention. The program is designed for personnel who are in training in the areas of psychology, social work, medicine, psychiatry in their final years of training or professionals in each of these bodies of professional training.

Oscar Eduardo Cabas Haydar, Psicólogo, Especialista em TIA para a gestão do trauma psicológico. Com 13 anos de experiência no atendimento de vítimas de diferentes situações, bem como de emergências naturais no território colombiano. Experiência em atendimento ambulatório em diferentes centros médicos de Cartagena das Índias.
