It is encouraged that you have a mentor work on this discipleship with you. It is not really designed to do alone, though it may benefit you alone. It, however, will have the greatest impact by being studied with someone who can hold you accountable, answer questions, and grow along with you. For the stronger person of faith, you can use this to disciple a young or new Christian. As a mentor, be sure to work with your disciple every week to encourage, pray with, and answer any questions that he/she may have.
