LaTasha Johnson begin her career as a kindergarten teacher and served in that capacity for 14 years. For the last five years, she has experienced the joy of being a pre-k teacher. She prides herself on finding innovative ways to challenge the minds of young learners, and for her diligence in this task, she has been awarded the Class Act Teacher of the Week Award. This book is one of many blending books LaTasha plans to produce keeping in mind her expertise in elementary education. LaTasha holds a Master's Degree from Alabama State University and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority Incorporated. She is also the founder of the Non-Profit Salt of the Earth (SOTE) where her mission is to restore balance in the community through love, education, and structure. When LaTasha is not shaping young minds in the classroom, organizing events for her non-profit, or working within her sorority, she is spending time with her loving husband, their four adult children, and grandchildren.
