Autorenporträt
Elliot Webb grew up on a farm in South Wales and spent most of his childhood outdoors, exploring the woodland and fields and becoming passionate about foraging and fungi. He earned a BSc in fishery management and aquaculture from Portsmouth University in 2012. From there, he went on to manage one of the most reputable fish farms in Scotland. Urban Farm-It was born in 2020. Originally intended to be a consultancy business, coronavirus drove a change of strategy to a digital and product-led business. It exploded.
