A Dra. Laraba Samuel Rikko é Professora Principal no Departamento de Planeamento Urbano e Regional, Universidade de Jos Nigéria, onde lecciona há mais de 25 anos. As áreas de interesse da investigação são Crescimento Urbano e Gestão nos Países em Desenvolvimento, Serviços Urbanos, Habitação, Planeamento Regional. Actualmente é a Coordenadora do PG.
