They promote cell migration, attachment and subsequent spreading of cells, cell proliferation, differentiation and matrix synthesis. Invitro and animal studies have shown promising results further human trials are carried out to achieve satisfactory outcomes. Clinically high cost and technique sensitivity becomes the challenge for common usage in general practice.
