Dr. Nileshkumar N Pandya is working as an Assistant Professor of Physics in Government Engineering College, Bhavnagar since 2011. During his Ph.D. he received prestigious RFSMS by UGC, New Delhi. He is Life member of Indian Association of Canadian Studies.
