Dr Cleto Namoobe obtained his PhD (Agronomy) from Haryana Agricultural University, India. He was awarded Best PhD Student in 2013.Currently he is lecturing in Zambia.Dr Rajender Kumar Nanwal got his PhD (Agronomy) in 1992 from IARI, India. He has written several articles in reputable journals. He was awarded Best Citizen of India in 2011.
