Greetings from Dr. Michael Tinnon, a.k.a. Dr. Phineas Peabody, children's author. Upon completing graduate school, Michael received a Presidential appointment to serve our nation's interests as a military chaplain endorsed by The Episcopal Church (TEC). He retired in 2010 having served nearly 30 years of distinguished military service. Michael has enjoyed a very rewarding and diverse career having served as: Military chaplain, priest, teacher, child/adolescent counselor, and children's author. He has written several books for young readers under the pen name - Dr. Phineas Peabody. He currently lives in sunny Southern California, with his wife (Becky) and two lovable dogs Riley and Gabby. He is an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
