Given that the Rights of the Child and Adolescent are provided for in the 1988 Federal Constitution and ratified in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, it is notoriously difficult to implement them. This work presents the challenges to this realisation, shows the social reality experienced by these children, and also provides possibilities for overcoming these challenges and realising their rights. This will guarantee the basic rights they need, such as leisure, education, health and the other rights they are entitled to, while also highlighting the great responsibility of the family, society, the community and public authorities.
