Anita Jeram ist in Portsmouth (England) geboren und aufgewachsen, künstlerische Ausbildung in Manchester. Heute lebt sie mit ihrer Familie in Nordirland. Anita Jeram hat mit großem Erfolg eigene Geschichten entwickelt. Der absolute Welterfolg sind ihre beiden Hasen in Sam McBratneys 'Weißt du eigentlich, wie lieb ich dich hab?'.

Sam McBratney studierte Geschichte und politische Wissenschaft am Trinity College in Dublin. Heute arbeitet er als Grundschullehrer und lebt in County Antrim/Nordirland. Seine vielen Bücher, Geschichten und Hörspiele für Kinder und Erwachsene schreibt er in seiner freien Zeit. Er ist verheiratet und hat drei Kinder.
