Dr. John Ouru Nyaegah is a Lecturer in the Department of Extra - Mural Studies of the University of Nairobi-Kenya.He has a Ph.D in Educational Administration and is a Consultant on Educational Issues.He has over twenty years of teaching experience in various levels of Education. It is this wealth of knowledge that he brings into this book.
