Congo. Implemented between 2004 and 2007 in Bukavu, South Kivu. It was also a question of pinpointing some of the difficulties inherent in the vocational training and economic reintegration of these children, with a view to their sustainable self-management. This work proposes some pedagogical and technical support elements to trainers and managers of vocational training structures and to donors, as well as to master craftsmen in order to compensate for certain weaknesses linked to their respective modules and interventions.

Jean de Dieu D.Ntanga Ntita, studierte Ingenieurwesen für Ausbildung und Beschäftigungssysteme sowie ländliche Entwicklung. Der Autor ist seit mehreren Jahren als Beamter der Vereinten Nationen in verschiedenen Ländern tätig. Vor den Vereinten Nationen hatte er bei World Vision International Relief gearbeitet.
