Martha Bloyer PT, DPT, is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Miami. Tricia Catalino, PT, DSc, is dean of Graduate College of Health Sciences and director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Hawai`i Pacific University. Eric Shamus, PT, PhD, DPT, is a professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Florida Gulf Coast University. Cindy Miles, PT, PhD, PCS, CNDT, (deceased) was president of APTA and owner of Cindy Miles and Associates Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in Florida.
