New models of schooling based on open systems of organization and administration of services, which combine and recognize the formal and non-formal aspects of education -although not in a rhetorical way-, as well as the responsible and ethical construction of knowledge to guarantee that education truly fulfills its mission of improving people by helping them to obtain conceptual, procedural and attitudinal competencies to intervene in the world from any personal situation, without exclusions based on age, race, sex or condition, It is necessary, beyond the fact that this work only outlines some guidelines that are not a recipe, but only try to trigger initiatives tailored to each reality. We have resorted to concepts of self-organization, networks, technologies, decentralization, bimodal education, autonomous learning, quality, good practices in education, in order to escape from highly structured systems overtaken by the vertiginous cultural changes.
