Guillain - Barre Syndrome is not common but a serious autoimmune disorder which attack on the immune system on healthy nerve cells in our peripheral nervous system (PNS), and leads to the weakness, numbness to our body and its long-time effect causes paralysis. Campylobacter Jejuni which is a gram negative bacteria containing lipoolygosaccharide instead of lipopolysaccharide due to absence of "O" antigen can cause GBS, while other microorganism are behaving as triggering agents such as influenza virus, zika virus, haemophilia influenza, cytomegalovirus, mycoplasma pneumonia. We, indentify the active site where some genes of C.jejuni responsible for GBS, attached with the host myelin protein as well as responsible in mimicry of gangliosides by interacting with T-lymphocyte which further leads in dymelinating and molecular mimicry respectively.
