This context represents nanoparticles fabrication inside the Acacia Gum microgels network by an environmental friendly process using NaBH4 as a reducing agent. The hybrid systems were then subjected to multiple in vitro bioassays including antioxidant, antidiabetic, and biocompatibility investigation. Pristine Acacia Gum hydrogels and the prepared composites demonstrated remarkable biocompatibility against human blood, making the novel AG hydrogels based nanocomposites as preferred candidates for diverse biomedical applications.
