The nuisance of On-Line dating, recounts the experiences of a well-travelled woman delving into the game of love and coming out a little wiser, knowing that sometimes taking risks ends up making you stronger. Her career has taken her too many parts of the globe, USA, Canada, Europe, Scandinavia and Asia some of these countries had their challenges, not just languages but the unknown of what to expect. Gut Instinct is a tale of the trials of a woman who has seen many sides of life from betrayal, mental and horrid physical abuse. However, this does not deter her from her passions in life of work, travel and the search of love. The adventure of the writer embarks upon within the On-Line dating site leads her into an unknown world that becomes more and more intriguing. This also sows seeds of doubt in her mind as to what the person on the other end actually wants. The tone of the vivid conversations draws her further and further in, until she begins to think that the feeling of passion is actually real. During this encounter with the man at the end of the correspondence it opens up wounds from her past a past of love, passion, sex, loss, and indeed humour. For the author, writing this book helped her to realize, what a journey her life has been and that through so much adversity she has come out on the other side. In writing this book she hopes that this will help others ascertain that life is not all bad and mental and physical abuse can be overcome.
