Competitiveness in the modern world has managed to conquer an industrialized, mechanized and automated world, which has compromised the health of workers under sedentary work patterns, stress, poor posture and repetitive efforts for prolonged periods, which cause absenteeism due to illness, low productivity due to physical and intellectual exhaustion, demotivation, among others; therefore, the purpose of this work is to develop a fitness program during the workday in order to improve the quality of life of workers.
