On the occasion of the commemoration of the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Day, the Société Civile Immobilière en Afrique Centrale, SCIAC Sarl. adopted, on September 9, 2017 in Kashusha, Observer Member City of the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC), its strategic Vision of real estate development focused on the economic, social and environmental development of the African region, entitled "HABITAT POUR TOUS".
