Dieting Makes You Fat is divided into two essential parts. In the first part, we will learn the reasons why dieting makes us fat; what is the dieting mentality; how social pressure to have the "ideal weight" affects us in terms of health; what are the long-term side effects of going from one diet to another; as well as the means to detecting these unhealthy behaviors and learning to avoid them. For this, organization in the kitchen is very important and the tools to get organized are fundamental. In the second part, Uriarte gives us the tools to learn how to eat healthy and even lose weight, thanks to a four-week batch cooking program, which includes more than twenty recipes with step by step instructions, and a "weekly organizer" to generate a healthy and balanced monthly family menu.
