Produktbeschreibung
In this essay, the theologian Juan José Tamayo, aware that he is going against the current, answers affirmatively. Spirituality is one of the fundamental dimensions of the human being, as are corporality, sociability, subjectivity and intersubjectivity, rationality, imagination and the utopian character. It involves shouldering the complex reality that we live in to reveal all types of inequalities in the interest of a transformation towards a better society. Spirituality is where the true identity of the human being, its humanization or dehumanization, its conformist or questioning character, is at stake. The author proposes a new paradigm of spirituality: liberating, integral, interidentitarian, pacifist, ecofeminist, anti-imperialist, shared with non-believers, in solidarity with the most vulnerable groups and in accordance with the time of interspirituality that we are living. With the same conviction as André Malraux, for Tamayo the 21st century will be spiritual or it will not be.
