The Hadfield steels present an interesting characteristic during its machining process. At the same time that they are ductile, they suffer hardening when submitted to severe working conditions. This book has as main objective, to explore part of these properties of this type of steel, in four different compositions of Hadfield Steel being submitted to the Flattening process. An analysis of its behaviour under certain wear conditions is also made.
