After analyzing the empirical data, we found that weak institutions, weak traditions, the failure to teach theoretical and practical civics courses, impunity and ignorance are the main factors driving the decline of civics in Haiti. It is therefore the responsibility of these institutions to redress the country's image by promoting the rule of law.
